In the unlikely event of an item needing to be returned to us you will need to contact us so we can resolve any issues. Please do not send back the item without contacting us as not all items can be returned. Items returned MUST be of the same quality as originally sent and returned within 14 days.
Personalised items – these are not covered by our returns policy as they cannot be sold on.
Grocery Items – these are not covered by our returns policy as they are a grocery item and cannot be re-sold.
Sellers mistake – mistakes can happen, should this be the case and we make a mistake we will of course work with you to resolve this. If the item is to be returned to us please contact us to agree the postage that we will be offering back.
Buyers mistake – should you make a mistake it will be down to the buyer to cover any postage costs. Items must be returned to us in the same condition within 14 days.
