Contacted the seller and explained that we have searched the property but they insisted the package was delivered via GPS no photo of my item on the doorstep or anywhere else. I contacted my neighbours and contacted the seller again again to explain that couriers sometimes get my address mixed up with a similar address. No response. No help at all.
