Q) Can I return my item ?
A) Yes you can. Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase date. All returns must be opened
Q) Do I have to pay for the return ?
A) Yes if the item is as described and not damaged the cost of return is your responsibility. We
recommend that you use a tracked service to return any items as the package is your responsibility
until it reaches us. Return items lost in the post will NOT be refunded.
Q) I don’t have paypal, can I pay via another way ?
A) Yes you can, please see our payment section for details of other payment methods.
Q) I have paid for an item but would like to cancel the purchase, is this possible ?
A) We will endeavour to do this for you however if the order has already entered our dispatch
process it may be too late to cancel.
