Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt with their original packaging, if the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly “The Company” will issue a full refund including return postage costs once received. If the goods are returned because they are no longer required ”The Company” will not refund the return postage costs.
Return postage refunds - The company will only refund return postage if applicable up to the value originally charged by the company to post the item.
All refunds will be made via the original payment method.
UK Goods should be posted back via 2nd class post if possible and the sender should obtain a proof of posting from the post office.
Outside the UK goods should be return via the most economical method possible ensuring it does not exceed the original postage cost, “The Company” will not refund higher than the original amount of postage paid originally by the customer.
