Advertised to arrive on a date and only after purchase seller said it could not arrive at that date. Missed event it was needed for. Does not look like the picture and the wand is thick and cheap looking nothing like a Harry Potter wand. Then return is almost as much as the cost of item. The seller did not respond to two messages to discuss this and after a week I am leaving this negative feedback and a warning do not buy the item based on the delivery date or picture.

This feedback is false. The buyer purchased on Sunday, 03/03/2024 via free 2nd class postage. We dispatched their order on 04/03/2024, via the Royal Mail. We received an email on 06/03/2024, at 21:07, to which we responded the same day at 21:15. The buyer sent another message at 21:37, and we replied once more at 22:03. All communication is documented, and it's appalling that they're misusing the eBay feedback system in this manner. We've sold 827 of these items with 0 issues before.

Items arrived well after the estimated delivery date and were too late for the project which I needed them for. I contacted the seller and they offered a returns label so that as soon as I received them I could send them back and receive a full refund. Seller was very helpful and apologetic despite it being Royal Mails problem. A** seller as they did everything they could. Thank you :-)
