i ordered 2 of these my first delivery turned up empty sent email they wanted photos yep the photo carry on!!! they asked for photos of packaging and contents so another email no contents so they sent a second delivery this time it arrived but only one 1 item i asked for 2 yet a gain another email same again photos then out of blue we give you a refund for your item that’s missing!!! right so no second cable then? Actually cancelled before received. Comments meant for its replacement, that was sold as leather but actually plastic and whose refund procedure ignores their error and demands postage be paid. . However their feedback request ignored the fact theyd refunded it to me and pushed for feedback on a cancelled item. Instead they challenged me to not post negative comments without communcating with them - clearly something that ignores the fact they ask for feedback on a cancelled item.

Gave seller plenty of time to assist - not bothered just kept saying it had been delivered. After catching a postie yesterday mysteriously package turned up today. On another negative note black one does not fit phone ! Despite it saying on packaging it does - just going to put it down to experience but would never buy or recommend this seller

seller sent wrong item which didn’t fit my lap top, attempted to contact seller without success, blocked my Emails and didn’t communicate. I tried to do the right thing and resolve the matter with seller with no success. I finally had to resort to Ebay who were magnificent. Ebay agreed with me and issued an immediate refund. Clearly the sellers customer relations are pathetic. I would never use this seller again.
