If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason please request a return through your E Bay Returns please inform us before returning goods, as by doing this we can complete your return more efficiently and there may be a quicker and more cost effective solution than just returning the goods.
Returns are governed by "Distance Selling Legislation" and below we have detailed what this is, this is the "Law of the Land" and we stick to the terms it lays down.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
1) Return requested within 14 days of delivery: We will refund the cost of the item and original postage to you BUT carriage back to us is ALWAYS at your cost.
2) Return requested AFTER 14 days after delivery: We MAY refund the cost of the goods BUT NOT original postage or carriage back to us.
3) Return requested more than 14 days after delivery: We do not normally accept a return more than 14 days after delivery. However we will consider each case but please be aware we seldom accept returms after 14 days.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging or box.
Buyers are responsible for all postage and packaging charges back to us, we suggest that you use a signed for delivery service to ensure that receipt with us can be proven. Returned goods that we do not receive back are "your loss" and we can not compensate you.
