Bought skates for my daughter however the seller pulled a fast one and opened a shipping label then never sent the package, I would not recommend this seller as there’s no contact whatsoever and lack of your purchased item/s.

I placed an order on January 18th the goods expected delivery was between 26th and 30th Jan as per confirmation email I received.. the items did not arrive by the 30th so I messaged the seller asking for tracking number which they ignored sent another email the day after asking for a refund as I needed the item by the 3rd feb for a birthday still no response I have reported and I’m very unhappy terrible service especially as I had purchased 2 weeks in advance- wouldn’t recommend 😤
