Seller sent the item very quickly but got stuck in the Royal mail depot for 3days . Delivered much later than expected so asked for return as I didn't need it any more... Communication with seller was good. Found the return cost a bit not profitable so decided to keep it on shelf. I recommend the seller and the item with the exception of the packaging wich was too simple, just a small mailing bubble bag, not protected from damage; luckily it came not damaged (visually at least).

Arrived super quick and came boxed. Hoover head is just as described. Works brilliantly on my Henry and glides around picking up everything and saving my back from jarring. Highly recommend this head and at £7.99 it’s a bargain as a Henry head costs £20. I must also add that I cannot fault the seller who’s service is fantastic. Thank you so much!
