RETURNS

  • If for any reason you are not happy with any of the item(s) ordered you must return those item(s) within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for any refund, credit or exchange. Please note a mandatory restocking fee of between 10-25% of the ordered item value(s) will apply for any non-stock product lines which were originally supplied to order.

  • If the returned item is found to be faulty we will also refund your shipping costs in full. 

  • Goods should be returned to: Kage UK at DMC Distribution, Ensor House, Ensor Way, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4NQ. Please include a full copy of your original order invoice or invoice details (which must include your customer ID, your name, your account number, order reference number, order date and order details) and a note explaining your reason for return with the goods. A returns number must also be obtained before returning any item and this must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, failure to do so means the parcel will not be processed until we have had further contact from the returning party.

  • Please send your goods using a suitable recorded delivery method as proof of your return. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage in case you need to make a claim with your carrier. 

  • Items returned after 30 days from receipt are not eligible for a refund or may be subject to a mandatory 10% restocking and administration fee.

  • Items must be returned carriage paid. The buyer must cover all carriage expenses.

  • Items and their packaging must be returned in new and resaleable condition. We reserve the right to levy a charge up to 100% of the item value at our discretion if there is any damage to the returned item or its packaging. This includes any missing fittings or gaskets.

  • Please note we are unable to refund the following: Used items, cut/adapted items, items damaged in transit, the original delivery charge, special items made to order.
