If you wish to collect from our premises there are directions and maps on our website                    http://www.johnrichardssurplus.co.uk.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are coming to pick up large items as we may need to get them out of the storage shed ready for you (Not all items are held at our retail depot).  If you are paying for your item by Paypal before collection, please bring proof of payment with you when you come.  Alternatively, you are welcome to pay on collection but we need to be advised that this is what you will be doing when you place your order on eBay and you will need to bring evidence that you are the person who has ordered or won the item in an auction.

Collection of goods is required within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.  Failure to do so could result in extra charges for storage of 20p per day.

N.B.

Personal collection will not be possible on Public Holidays or when eBay co-ordination staff are on annual leave (see How our 2009 holidays affect you for dates)
