very bad experience, once order arrive in my country , then ups company person call to me and ask come to other city and clear custom and duties and tax , then i travel to other city and pay 500$ then its printer was clear in custom and 13 days wasted , and when i back to my home and i check to printer , then printer was faulty , why seller not check and send to me faulty product , also my custom and duty and tax was not refundable , waste $500 + and let see seller refund or not,

Unfortunately we are not responsible for UPS operations in Pakistan and we clearly state that import duties and value added tax are the responsibility of the buyer. When servicing our International customers direct, we can offer DDP shipping, but when selling via ebay, the responsibility is passed to ebay and/or the buyer.Our technical support department tried to help you. It seems that you have been using the printer for some time and have now decided you want a refund. That is not our policy
