The delivery was delayed due to courier issues which meant I spent all day waiting in. The seller swiftly organised an alternative date where it was delivered on time and assembled with the packaging taken away. I’m blown away by the value for money, ok, the mattress could be a higher spec but with a topper on it is very comfortable as it’s also a guest bed.
The seller is genuine and customer service oriented. There is a small damage to the material on one corner but I can live that.

Very good eBay seller, excellent communication, my bed frame is beautiful and well packaged, no damage and it’s delivered on time. I was called when they are nearly in my house and I received a very up to date and full information about my delivery. The only thing is I did not use my discount code when I was making the order because I did it while I was walking 🚶♀️ so did not notice in time I’m supposed to apply the code as I thought it’s automatically applied because of that I loose £20.

Great quality bed for reasonable price. It's my second purchase. First I have bought a double bed 5 years ago and was really pleased with the quality. Now decided to upsize and went for the same retailer. I have also paid for delivery and that was the great decision. It was delivered to the room of choice on a date that promised, assembled and all the packaging was taking away wihting less than 30 min. Also the communication with the seller is right on point. I cannot believe how easy this was, chose my colour, mattress, and size,if I wanted drawers underneath, if so where I wanted them. They then gave me a delivery date by message and said they would contact me the day before with a time slot. Also discount by entering the code, so an unbelievable price. Lovely people to deal with.
