We know you may sometimes need to return an item. This isn’t an issue, and the below outlines the process for different types of reasons for returns. For all returns please contact us through eBay and our customer service team will advise the overall process and issue a returns authorisation number.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, don’t worry this sometimes happens. All you need to do is return the item, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the day you receive the goods and we will happily refund this. Please be aware there are some items we cannot accept change of mind returns on, for example, products that may be affected by health and hygiene, opened software or DVD/CDs/Games.
If a change of mind return is received and has been damaged, opened more necessary to check its working or used more than reasonably expected a deduction from your refund maybe made, if this is the case we will send you an explanation to why this reduction in credit has been made.
With change of mind refunds the buyer is responsible for the returning the item to iForce. We advise that when paying your return carriage you consider if you wish to add insurance as iForce isn’t responsible for any damages or losses of the item.
Faulty or Damaged
Whilst every effort is made by the manufacturer and also our refurb team (for refurbished products) to ensure the products arrives without any damage and works perfectively unfortunately you can still get products that fail or get damaged in transit. If you are unfortunate to receive a damaged or faulty item please contact our customer service team through eBay and they will assist you swiftly in resolving the issue.
Please advise if your item is damaged item within 48 hours of receipting it from the courier. Please contact our customer service team through eBay who will swiftly help to resolve the issue.
Your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt
Please contact our customer service team through eBay. You will be offered a choice of repair, replacement (stock permitting) or refund. If we agree the item is faulty and needs to be returned, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange collection at our expense. Once the product arrives it will be processed for assessment and verification of the fault.
After 30 days but before the warranty expiry date
After receiving a returns authorisation number through our customer service team you will need to securely package the product and return it to us. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost. Upon receipt we will inspected, tested and repaired. If we are unable to repair the item we will offer a replacement (stock permitting). If we cannot repair or supply a suitable replacement we will issue a refund.
We offer a 12 months return to base warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any consumable products, for example batteries. Please contact our customer support through eBay to obtain a returns authorisation number. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost and insurance of any returned items. Please ensure items are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage as this will invalidate your warranty.
Please note any refunds can take 3-5 days after processed by iForce to show in your Paypal account.
