The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on ICECLEAROUT. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
If international orders with a feedback under 20, the only method of payment we can accept is bank transfer due to a high number of fraud attempts. Bank transfers are safe and secure, please email me for bank transfer details.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through our website or over the phone you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Description of Goods
All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site and adverts are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
We do not offer any form of price promise or price match.
Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of ICECLEAROUT is that all information on the website and adverts should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, ICECLEAROUT cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the customer are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer. All prices on our website are inclusive of V.A.T. but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Any administration errors that occur causing the customer to be over charged will be rectified immediately when informed. We will not be held responsible for any costs occur.
We accept Paypal, all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days. For Paypal payments we will only ship to confirmed paypal addresses (if not confirmed must pay with bank transfer/postal orders/card) this is due to paypal scammers doing reversals.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.
Delivery (stock items) will normally be next working day from clearance of payment and various security checks. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. Customers must understand that if the parcel has been sent and if no one is available to accept the delivery, Citylink/DHL/TNT will issue a non received item and in many cases the parcel will be sent back to us. This is a lot of trouble as if you want the goods resent you will be charged for a
return and re-delivery. The items will be kept in our warehouse until paid and if a refund is needed then iceclearout can only reimburse you with the item charges minus the return delivery charge only (the initial delivery charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED)
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery. Any shortages within in the delivery will have to be reported with 7 days of delivery, in writing you may fax and post.
In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
Cancellation of Orders
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges (some items maybe applicable to 20% restocking fee). Special Order item can not be returned. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
ICECLEAROUT offers are exclusive to this website and adverts only and may not be available in stores or shows, all our prices include V.A.T. and shipping is excluded. Faulty, unwanted or incorrect item(s) cannot be exchange/replaced or refunded in stores, they must be returned to our national distribution centre.
