Hollins & Hollinshead covers your purchase for 30 days. If you experience any issues within this time frame we will email you a FREE returns label so we can resolve for you.
All of our watches are purchased direct from the official UK distributors so have official warranties. After 30 days the manufacturers' warranty will apply.
All products are purchased in and shipped from the UK so UK regulations apply. A list of service centres for your brand will be available within your warranty booklet. Please read your booklet carefully and keep in a safe place.
If a service centre is available within your destination then you need to send a copy of your invoice and your dated warranty booklet with your watch. If you are outside of the UK and no service centre is listed in your warranty booklet, then you will have to return to the UK for service. The shipping cost is to be covered by the buyer and return shipping cost paid before it can be dispatched back to your destination.
Your warranty length will be shown on each individual item and covers malfunctions that arise due to defects in materials and workmanship. In general warranties do not cover stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, glasses and straps, see each individual brand booklet for details.
