Arrived smashed up because there was ZERO protective packaging on this item. It was wrapped in a grey plastic bag and that was it. Just because the seller refunded doesn't mean it wasn't a bad experience, I still had the hassle of returning it AND having to wait on getting my money back before I could buy a new one. Sellers refunding is the bare minimum of service you should get, I don't need to be thankful for it NOT being worse.
