Not next day delivery as promised. Also, seller and courier did not communicate with each other, or me. They knew I did not live at the property, so I chose this seller because they stated they did next day delivery, but it took 5 days and I had returned home the previous day before it arrived. I cancelled the order, but the courier was not told of this and delivered it anyway. Although the item was new as stated, I was not impressed with the stitching on several areas of the mattress. Shambles.
