All parcels from Europe are collected in Postal hubs and then distributed by destination. Due to so many canceled flights by the airlines, sending parcels is difficult and the Postal hubs are overcrowded.
Therefore, the acceptance and sending of parcels abroad has been temporarily suspended and we have ceased our work.We succeeded to send all received orders and apologize for not able to help you in this difficult time for all of us.
Since the state of emergency due to the pandemic, all parcels are sent only by ECONOMY International Mail WITHOUT a tracking number. We do not receive additional information after the parcels are sent and we cannot answer questions such as: Where is my parcel and When will I receive it.
All over the world the Posts and the Customs are very strict and everysingle package is under special control and closely monitored because of the Coronavirus risk.We highly appreciate your support and expect you to calmly and patiently wait for your parcel until it arrive.Even with huge delay all packages arrived safe and no one have been lost!
Due to pandemic significant delay in delivery is expected. Filing a claim for refund or requesting the cancellation of the order after the parcel has been sent is at least inappropriate in this situation.We highly appreciate your support and expect you to calmly and patiently wait for your parcel until it arrive.
