Returns & Rights/Acceptance of Goods.
You have a cooling off period of seven working days to enable you to examine the goods supplied during which time you may cancel the order by email.
To enable us to authorise a return you must notify us within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods by emailing our customer services team via Ebay messages. Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping cost and to take reasonable care and ensure the items returned are received by For-Your-Little-One in the original state, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items such as muslin squares, cot/ cot bed sheets where the original packaging has been opened/ unsealed. We recommend all returns must be returned by a registered Courier for insurance purposes.
You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods. All goods must be inspected as to merchantable quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects reported to For-your-little-one as soon as reasonably possible. Upon our satisfactory inspection of the returned goods we will issue a refund for 80% of the sales value. Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is to be completed within 30 days.
If for-your-little-one is arranging a pickup due to a fault with the product we allow upto 2 failed delivery attempts. After this it will be down to the buyer to send the products back to us at your cost. If you would like for-your-little-one to arrange a 3rd or more collecting this will be at the cost of £25 for each attempt.
