General Interest

Warranties are very important; they give you piece of mind and assurance that the item you are purchasing will work as it should, is not of low quality, is reliable and will not give up on you, failing within a week.

Our warranty shows how much faith we have in our items and highlights how all the items we sell are hand picked quality goods. Not low cost, low quality and high output items most sellers are supplying.

Unlike most sellers on eBay we are offering a 12 month warranty on our items. All items that are covered with our 12 month warranty will have a clear note within the item description and a warranty logo in the auction.

This is a brilliant and unmatched cover which you will not find from other sellers.

In the unlikely event that any of the covered items fail to work correctly or become faulty, the warranty is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. We will replace the faulty item with a brand new item. We may ask for the item to be returned first for testing and verification of the fault.

In the first 60 days should you need to exercise the warranty, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Should the warranty be exercised after 60 days, the buyer will be responsible for the postage to return the item and for the new replacement item. International buyers will have to cover all postage costs, for return and new replacement in order to exercise the warranty even within the first 60 days.

The warranty DOES NOT cover any defect or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear by you or any third parties. Therefore, any of these circumstances will void the warranty. Warranty void items are not subject to a replacement of any kind.

In order to exercise this warranty you must contact us via email, provide us with your eBay I.D, date of purchase, date of payment, the item number and clear details of the fault/defect.

Finally, we reserve the right to refuse any warranty claims in the circumstances we deem as warranty void. Our decision is final.
