At Electric Mania we make sure our customer is provided with a service which is quick and efficient. Our core values are based upon delivering a speedy service both in delivering orders and responding to customer queries. We aim to provide quality products which meet the descriptions to a tee. If and when problems arise, which we do not deny can happen from time to time, we aim to rectify situations fairly and quickly. What we sell
At Electric Mania we sell new and graded items. Graded items are sold with a minimum 6 months Electric Mania Warranty unless otherwise stated. For new items, will generally be 1 year but could be longer. Each item will have specific details.
Graded items are customer returns. Some will be returns that have never been used and could have been returned due to wrong color or any other reason for that matter. Some may have been returned as faulty but no fault to be found. Those items which are returned as faulty are refurbished to working condition. Our grading system is as follows:
Grade A+ (New unused factory sealed stock)
Grade A- (New unused stock with slight box damage or box being opened)
Grade B+ (Item in excellent condition, possibly with only minor marks in "non crucial" areas and complete with accessories. May not be in original packing)
Grade B - (Item shows more signs of use AND/OR missing accessories. If accessories are missing, the advert will clearly state that an accessory is missing
Grade C (Faulty for spares or repair - No warranty included on this grade)
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by PayPal, Postal Orders or direct deposit into our bank account.. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address (No exceptions).

When will I get my delivery?
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force in 99% of cases. Most items will be dispatched same day if payment is received before 12pm. Each listing will specify which type of delivery option available.
The best way to contact us is directly through eBay questions. We answer 99% of questions within 24 hours and mostly within a matter of a few hours.
