WARRANTY & RETURNS
All sales come with us 1 Year warranty unless advertised differently. Marjory of or items or covered by manufactures warranty (i.e. the company that build them), in these case the warranty is with the manufacture
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Replacement item will be shipped only after receipt and inspection of original item.
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
- It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product
Please send an email to email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
We are not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

Return or Exchange/Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Ecomputers. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us for exchange or refund within 7 days. Postage is non-refundable. 20% restocking fees may apply due to market inflation.
Condition of Return
Package's return because of DOA (Dead on Arrival) must shipped back as the condition we had sent and item(s) must shipped back with delivery postmarked within 7 days after receipt as shown on delivery receipt date. No refund or exchange will be issued after this expiration date. For DOA item, an exchange will be issue for same item. Refund only will be given when exchange is not-applicable.
20% restocking fees will apply for all return except it is our fault.
We are unable to reimburse for any postage. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refund.
