The order took 15 days to arrive. Seller said he sent it but DHL said it wasn’t dropped yet. Then when I logged it with eBay as not arrived it arrived the next day. Can’t really work out if the seller was waiting for the stock to arrive as I had combined items or if DHL had an error. Communication could be better as no reply’s for a couple days lead to frustration. However, all items as described , brand new and well packaged. Would buy from again, just better timings on delivery would help.

Good value, good service. The only thing to improve is the delivery communication / courier tracking. Said it wold arrive Thursday but got a text message on Tuesday saying it be delivered later that day. As we were away, we had reschedule it.

I would NOT use this seller again, only half the delivery showed up, and when I called to find out what happened he gave me some sorry about half was returned while in transit because it had been damaged & he was abrupt, rude and even hung up on me! The other half of the delivery was a week late, As a bathroom fitter this was a huge inconvenience to my customer not to mention the monetary loss I incurred. So I won't use them again!!
