 Q: What happen if my package has been returned to you without my knowledge
  A: If package is returned to us because: 1. you didn't collect item in time from local post office whether you have or have not received the "while you were out Card" 2. Address is incompleted or wrong 3. you have moved away from your adress and etc reasons, Buyer is full responsibility for resending postage or I'll refund without P&P charged.
 Q: I see you sell Rubber Duck snow joggers, HUNTER Wellington and Ugg Australia products, are then 100% authentic?
  A: All of our foot wear are 100% authentic, they are in different conditions: Brand new in box, brand new without box, pre-owned, slightly factory second etc. Again please read relevant item description for all details.
 Q: I see you sell topshop products, are they 100% authentic?
  A: All of our topshop products are 100% authentic. They maybe start or end of line of products, some are in perfect condition, some bare with partial labels and some may have small faults. All details are clearly stated in relevant item description. We suggest all buyers read descriptions before place purchase.

 Q: I see you sell in style of Branded item, are they 100% authentic?
  A: In Style of is NOT a branded item. For example if item is clearly stated as in style of CHLOE or Marc Jacobs etc brands, it means this item is inspired by Chloe or Marc Jacobs, it may in similar shape or style but it is NOT Chloe ,Marc Jacobs etc brand.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: I combine P&P for all buyers. Normally £1.5 second class recorded or £1.80 special delivery for each additional item to UK buyers. International standard parcel £2.00 for each additional parcel to Europe buyers and £2.50 to the rest of world. Buyer will be charged actual cost if actual weight over the limit.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Sometimes buyers asked: I paid for sepcial delivery, why my item didn't come up the next day? The sepcial delivery buyer has paid is the delivery method, it doesn't mean we must post your item the same day or the next day. We do our post within 2-3 working days after payment completed. If it is urgent, please add 1 pound for get it fast service.
 Q: Do you make money on the P&P you charged?
  A: We do not make profit on P&P. 1 we post most of our packages by special delivery or signed for which are the dearer services. 2 Packing material is costing money. 3 We pay to have your item packed, sorted and delivered to the post office plus the fuel, time, labour... this doesn't come free
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, we ship all over the world.
 Q: Are your footwear authentic?
  A: All of our footwear are authentic, even some of them are substandard or factory second, but they are genuine.
 Q: Do you accept refund or exchange
  A: We do not normally accept refund or exchange on any clothes because we sell on behalf of the actual owners. Therefore please be careful when you place your bid, make sure it is what you really want.
