In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or if you are not completely satisfied with your order or you change your mind for whatever reason, we are happy to offer a full refund if you return the item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a resalable condition unless the item is tested faulty. We will only refund return postage fees when you are returning a faulty product to us and only where the return has been previously authorised by us. Please ensure you e-mail us before returning any items to us. Failure to do so may result in no refund being given. In some circumstances we may ask you to discard the item safely for us, rather than returning the product to us.
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the goods back. Please ensure to write your Ebay user id on the back of your returns package. We reserve the right to refuse you a refund should the goods not be returned in a resalable condition, undamaged and in their original packaging.(Except where tested faulty)
It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods back and receive them back in good condition. Please ensure all return goods are properly packaged and the correct postage is used. If you need extra piece of mind, we would suggest you use a recorded delivery method, although the extra recording surcharge will not be refunded should the item be tested faulty.
