Arrived quickly. Items as described. Chunky and very robust. I initially thought slightly expensive but they seem better quality than expected so, worth it on this occasion. Only one request would be to pop them in a little bag inside the package. Two reasons, firstly if the outer pack gets damaged they still stay together and when you open said package they don’t go everywhere and they stay together. I’d still very much recommend. Thank you.

Never received my item., it’s way past the guaranteed delivery date. The seller wasn’t helpful, telling me to return the item once I got it, however they can no longer guarantee the delivery date. It’s been 10 days since I’ve placed the order and paid for delivery too. Waste of money! Seller expects me to return the item at my own expense.

The buyer demanded the buckles by Tuesday, We politely explained that the buckles went 2nd class on Thursday and with a weekend in between we could not guarantee that they would be there for Tuesday, but if she got them later than that she could return them for a refund.
