Item has arrived faulty:
If there is an issue with your item and you believe it to be faulty we will help you as quickly as possible. The fastest methods to resolve you issues are in this order:

3. Contact us via Ebay
4. Use the EBay 'Contact Seller' feature on the drop down next to you purchase (Please don't open a case as this is detrimental to our account)
Item has been damaged in Transit:
Although very rare due to our packing process some issues may occur. If the box is visibly damaged it's very important you sign for the parcel as damaged. You may be required to send images to us showing any damage to your item. Please notify us through EBay or our direct e-mail (listed above)
You have changed your Mind:
Please notify us of this immediately. Although postage is listed as free there is a cost to us for sending items out. We therefore prefer to cancel the item before we ship. In this case the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the items safe transit back to us. Please use the supplied returns label on all items or request an RMA from us before sending. Items received without this info can't be processed. Items that are sealed i.e. Hard Drives, RAM and Processors should be returned still sealed. If the package has been opened we may refuse a refund. Items that are sent with anti-static bags need to be returned inside them. We can't accept the return of static sensitive items if they are not inside an anti static bag.
