This was my first time purchasing international shipping, and . . . it went great! I still can't seem to understand how the seller was able to ship so inexpensively. To get these same exact wrenches form my local Napa store 8 miles away, I would had to have paid 3x what I paid here. I will, 100%, buy from this seller again. Product is as described , but arrived a day late . An email to let me know of delay would have been appreciated. Would I buy from them again , yes as I had a response to my email to see what the delay was an apology was made which showed to me that they care about the customer. The drill bit arrived the following day.

Listing confirmed 10 in stock, so duly ordered 2. Items not dispatched, when asking why was told items were not in stock and had to be ordered in. Seller confirmed that the stock count was not theirs "was their suppliers" implying this was not their fault. Sorry it was your fault - your listing, your data, your responsibility. - misleading listing to say the least. Items finally arrived days late. I wont be using this seller again, good luck to you if you do.

We are so sorry that your order was delayed. We keep the majority of stock in our warehouse, everything else we order in from our suppliers, this normally arrives the next working day so meets our timelines. Unfortunately, due the christmas/new year break along with the incorrect information being fed through to us from the supplier, your order was affected.

I paid for this item on the 20/10/23, it has just arrived on the 25/10. 3 day postage says it should have arrived at the latest 24/10. I know it may have been ordered late on the 20th, it still should have arrived yesterday 24/10. The seller did not post until th2 days later. So how can you guarantee 3 day postage?? Just an observation for other buyers to make note of. The item was well packaged & as described. Thank you. Rob.

Hello Rob, Thanks for the feedback. You ordered on Friday after 2pm cut off and it was shipped the next working day which was Monday. The timeframes set by eBay take into consideration the weekends and Royal Mail current delivery times they are hitting. We do not set this information. Thanks again GSP
