Sent a completely different power supply, doesn't even fit in the socket, and looking at other reviews I'm not the first to have this issue. Expecting me to pay returns postage to get any sort of refund which means I would effectively lose out on this due to the cost of the item in the first place. Simply ridiculous and feels like a scam. Will be happy to revise feedback if they offer to pay returns postage or simply refund me, seeing as this was a £12.99 item...

We are very sorry you are having an issue. If you initiate a return through your ebay orders as we advised this will give you a pre paid returns label. Ebay have made the process quite straight forward.
