Returns Information


We want you to be happy when shopping with us so please contact us if you need any help with your order.

Returns are accepted on all unused items in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase.
A refund will be made excluding all incurred post and packaging costs for sending item.


Q: I have changed my mind what do i do?

This must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the item
All items returned must be unopened, unused and in mint condition, by this we mean not used in any way, not test fitted, no marks, scratches or any damage whatsoever to the item. If an item is returned that is not in perfect resalable condition it will not be accepted by our returns department.
Once an item is returned and checked a refund will be made excluding all Post and Packaging Costs.


Q: A Item is missing what do i do?

Contact us, we can check on the weight of the shipment and get this rectified for you.


Q: A Item is faulty what do i do?

If you received a faulty or damaged item, contact us for help. Our staff are here to help with any issues and mistakes do happen, even brand new items can be faulty and we will help resolve these issues for you.
This should be done within 5 days of receipt if faulty or within 48hrs if damaged.


Q: How do i return the item?

Contact us, we can get a RMA number for you and provide you with the returns address for your item
Once an item is returned and checked a refund will be made excluding all Post and Packaging Costs.
All items need to be returned with our returns form and a RMA number

Please fill in the returns form which can be found on your paperwork supplied with your item and include it with the item you are returning along with the RMA number, please also send it recorded and well packaged (as we cannot replace or refund damaged or lost items)

All items returned to us must have a RMA number to allow the item to be processed and replaced or refunded.


Q: When will i receive my refund or replacement item

Once an item is returned and checked a refund will be made excluding all incurred Post and Packaging Costs.
We do aim to check all returns within 2 business days of receipt but please allow up to 7 days for it to be processed.



All items returned to us must be in the condition as they were shipped to you the customer, items being returned
due to no longer being required must be in un-opened and in un-used condition. We reserve the right to refuse items
that are not returned in the condition they were shipped.

No product that has undergone any type of modification will be accepted for return in any circumstances.
Our suppliers will not accept a modified part for return, if you receive a faulty item, contact us first and do not attempt to fix or repair the item yourself or get anyone to repair the item on your behalf.

All items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a insured registered garage, any failure to comply with this will invalidate any warranty, claim or return.
