Ordered this shirt and on the item description it said it was in excellent condition with no marks and stains. It was dispatched and delivered very quickly, so no issues there. But when it arrived I notice a large black stain on the shoulder of the shirt and yellow line stain on the collar. I raised this to the seller who said they could offer me a partial refund, I provided my details over a week ago and I’ve still not received the partial refund or any further communication

We agreed with the seller that the item was not as described and agreed a partial refund. The partial refund was delayed in being sent to the buyer hence the negative feedback. The partial refund has been sent as we pride ourselves in our customer experience. This is our first negative feedback for over 2 years.
