Duff machine collected today and new replacement of identical model arrived today too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exemplary service from C&M. Less so from the deliverers ArrowXL, who said there was no ‘unpack’ option, so wouldn’t lift the freezer off the polystyrene packing base.
Kudos to C & M, who said they DO add that option as default & offered to send someone to unpack & put into place (& even take away the packaging, which I wouldn’t expect.)
From wanting to rant negatively, I’m praising C&M's attitude, recommending them & giving a GOOD warning that you can expect unpack for a tall freezer

I should also add, everything else re the order process from C&M was smooth. They were prompt with replies/information. The day after ordering the freezer, I was sent delivery details where I could choose the day & telling me there would be a 2 hours time-slot on the day. Which there was, on the courier’s webpage.
Among certain shady sellers on ebay, this certainly seems a very good business. 🙂

I couldn't be more happy with the product and company. Delivery service was with 3 days and on a Saturday nice and early with no extra charge for this. Company were easy and friendly to talk to when i had a query. The machine itself is savings me pounds per day not pennies. It does take longer but the cost far out weighs this. I highly recommend this product and company. I would 100% use again.

It was uncertain on delivery date no tracking, message was sent to the seller but no reply until the delivery ,first delivery was missed then redelivery was arranged .
Well packed and the TV was brand new well worth it for the price. Will see how it goes there is warranty for 12 months .

Can’t offer any less than 5 stars I left a note on my purchase if they could delay the delivery for a week so someone could be present to take in the delivery and a few days before the dates I asked for I got a link through to pick which date with the courier, great service and would highly recommend
