Good kit, great service. Only spoiled by the fact that delivery/ident sheet heat shrunk on to the packet displays my: email address , land line number, contents of the package and it's retail value. My contact details on display are a breach of my private data, and the description and retail price is an invitation for someone so inclined to steal the package in transit. High price high temptThese are potentially serious breaches and I advise you to display only the customer's address and name.

So I received the wrong size blind, initially I was met with a little bit of hostility by one particular staff member insinuating it was my error. Then a different member of staff took over and I was treated very differently, despite the replacement also being sent out the wrong size, a 3rd blind was sent, this one was correct. Leigh was extremely polite, professional and courteous throughout, the blinds were sent out very speedily, and communication was always very quickly dealt with, thanks.
