Shipping & Returns
All products purchased via eBay are dispatched throughout the UK Mainland and Ireland via low cost carriage fees. For offshore customers including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc there will be an additional charge depending on weight. Offshore customers should contact us for exact carriage costings before placing their Order.
Bearing in mind of course that as each and every blind leaving the factory has been lovingly created to exact customer requirements, gone through a rigorous Quality Control System, all before being carefully packed, it can sometimes take up to ten working days for the blinds to arrive at their destination. However, in the main, a much shorter turn round time is achieved more often than not. If in the unlikely event that there is a delay which is beyond our control, we will email any updates as they arrive.
All Orders are dispatched via an Overnight Delivery Service and will require a signature on arrival. However some of the carriers that we use are happy to leave your Order with a neighbour if instructed to do so. A better idea if possible, is to have your Order delivered to an address where someone is normally at home during the day. We will always try to give you a delivery date but please accept that we don't have any control of the Carriers. If no one is at home, and if no specific delivery details have been received the Carrier will leave a calling card. It is vital that you contact the Carrier so that you can arrange an alternative suitable delivery date. Where possible, we will provide tracking links.
Important On delivery it is important to note any damage done to the packaging which may have been caused in transit. If apparent it should be noted on the driver's receipt document. Any damage to the contents is rare, but Contour Blinds cannot be held responsible for any damage unless there is documented evidence. Any damage must be reported as soon as possible by ebay message.
As every blind is manufactured to exact customer requirements, we can only accept returns if there is a defect due to a manufacturing error. This is very unlikely as each and every blind will have gone through an extensive Quality Control Check and is also supported by our Twelve Months Manufacturing Guarantee.
We cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizes being provided. With this in mind it is important that customers made themselves familiar with the "How To Measure Guide".
We pride ourselves on our Quality Control and Customer Service, so if you are not happy with your purchase, or have an idea which could improve our service please contact us and we will do whatever we feel necessary to resolve any issue.
The carriage for any blinds returned without consent will be the responsability of the sender.
