Trust this company. Actions speak louder than words and this is a company you can trust. I bought a refurbished mobile CD player. It developed a problem a about 4 - 6 wks after arriving. The company were great at communicating. We tried to resolve the issue. Then they said well send it back and we will refund you. It was not under ebay money back guarantee so they didn’t have to do this. Just 2 days later they refunded me.
