ALL ITEMS ARE SUPPLIED WITH OUR 12 MONTH WARRANTY

Often problems can be resolved without the need to return your order, our experienced team can often help to resolve the problem via email or phone, saving you the inconvenience of having to return the item.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, however, if you do change your mind and wish to return the product for any reason, please Contact Us.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only refund back to the original method of payment that is used. Refunds can only be issued once we have received the item back.

Returning an Item

We offer free returns on all items so please contact us prior to the return so that we can arrange a collection for large or valuable items. For smaller items, we can provide a free returns label through the eBay returns system. Items will need to be returned in the same condition as when sent out, with all its packaging and accessories otherwise the warranty could be void.

Under 30 Days

All items sold have a 30 day cooling off period. If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, please contact us via the ‘send message’ link in ‘My eBay’ within 30 days of receiving the item and we will be more than happy to refund the purchase. Items will need to be returned in the same condition as when sent out, with all its packaging and accessories otherwise the warranty could be void. Please also open a return request for the purchase.

Purchase to 3 Months

If your purchase becomes faulty within the first three months after your purchase is made, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you (stock permitting). Items will need to be returned in the same condition as when sent out, with all its packaging and accessories otherwise the warranty could be void.

3 Months to 1 Year

If your item becomes faulty over 3 months after the purchase has been made, please contact us so that we can arrange a warranty repair. We will arrange for either a returns label to be sent or for a courier to collect the item. Once we have received the item back, repairs will be completed within 3-5 working days.

If we are unable to repair the item, then a replacement will be offered (stock permitting). If we have no suitable replacement, then a full refund will be issued on the purchase. Items will need to be returned in the same condition as when sent out, with all its packaging and accessories otherwise the warranty could be void.

Over 1 Year

Refunds, replacements and repairs can only be offered on orders within the one year warranty provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that the item you have received does not match the description given or is damaged when delivered, please send Customer Service a message via eBay or call our office and provide a full description of the problem. We will be more than happy to assist with a replacement that does match the description given. If we do not have a suitable replacement in stock, then we will arrange a free return for the item and a full refund will be issued on the purchase.

Warranty Refunds

We can only refund back to the original method of payment that is used. Please be advised that we can only refund items once we have received them back.

Returns Data

We ask all customers to factory-reset electronic devices before returning them to us. If we find this has not happened, we will immediately remove all data using the device’s in-built software. We will never access, or attempt to access, this data.

Where we are required to repair electronic devices, we ask all customers to remove the device’s password before returning it to us. If we find this has not happened, we will contact you to request the password. We recommend customers use an encrypted email system to send this information to us and the email will be immediately deleted once the device has been accessed.

If a device is returned with a password or PIN on it, the repair or refund will be delayed until we have a response from you.
