Where tracking is offered you can track your items

All APC Overnight consignment tracking numbers will start with CPW, please remove CPW for tracking your item.

Charges

When you order goods from us the cost of delivery is usually free. Certain areas may have additional charges which can be seen below.

Zone A (UK Mainland) - No additional charges.
Zone B - £12.00 surcharge
Zone C - Contact us as many items cannot be sent this way via our normal courier/s.

Stock Holding

Our aim is to keep all products in stock at our warehouse/s or at our suppliers for fast delivery.

Courier/s

All goods are sent either via My Hermes Tracked, APC Overnight (Priority Express), DPD or Royal Mail.

Most deliveries are carried out by APC Overnight, MyHermes or by Royal Mail. As soon as the goods are dispatched we will update you with the APC Overnight, MyHermes or RoyalMail consignment tracking number if appliciable. This will enable you to track the whereabouts of your delivery using the tracking numbers provided.

Dispatch Time

Although we don’t guarantee it, we always aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In some instances, where stock is held at our suppliers, shipping may take an extra day. As soon as orders are dispatched you will receive an email stating that your goods have been passed to the courier for delivery.

Failed / Late Deliveries.

While we are responsible for the supply of the goods to your chosen place of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any failure on the part of the courier to fulfil delivery to their promised level of service. While we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction and with your permission will even contact the courier on your behalf, in some cases, you may need/wish to contact the courier direct. If you are at any time dissatisfied with the level of service from the courier please refer to the chosen courier’s terms and conditions.

We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of My Hermes Tracked / APC Overnight or Royal Mail.
