So firstly, communication was straight away, quick to respond... Secondly, Item arrived quickly and well packed in a cardboard DVD box. Thirdly, Item was as described... so that is all three boxes ticked. Am not sure about all the negative things said about this seller by other people,,, because my experience was completely different, totally positive... no issues, nothing bad to say. ALL GOOD HERE !!!.

This company have a fantastic customer service. They were so helpful when the book I ordered was badly damaged by the carrier Yodel. The parcel arrived "repacked " by Yodel and I accepted it because I thought Yodel would have inspected the damage. Not so, it was a write off. pb shop are easily contactable and you can actually speak to a human. They arranged for a refund and I have reordered the book which has safely arrived. Thank you pbshop.store for an excellent service. Will use you again.
