This company have a fantastic customer service. They were so helpful when the book I ordered was badly damaged by the carrier Yodel. The parcel arrived "repacked " by Yodel and I accepted it because I thought Yodel would have inspected the damage. Not so, it was a write off. pb shop are easily contactable and you can actually speak to a human. They arranged for a refund and I have reordered the book which has safely arrived.
