Due to seller protection requirements, if you pay by Paypal, we will only ship to your Paypal shipping address. Please do not ask us to send your item elsewhere. We will not be responsible for missing items if we ship to your paypal address and this is not the correct address, even if you have asked for your item to be sent elsewhere.
Please contact us if you would like us to combine shipping costs for different items as we are more than happy to do this. Shipping discounts for multiple purchases of the same item are included in the listing. We reserve the right to use a different service for multiple purchases, e.g. 2nd Class is only possible up to 2kg so we would use a courier instead. For items outside of the EU, US, Can, Aus and NZ we will only use recorded delivery services. Please note that our shipping rates for items over 2KG do not include UK Highlands & Islands, BFPO, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Greek Islands due to higher courier charges. For these destinations, please ask us for a quote. Items over 2kg cannot currently be shipped to Russia due to customs restrictions.
When will I receive my item?
Please see the estimated delivery time on the listing which is based upon economy delivery and dispatch within one working day. If you need your item urgently, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Smaller items purchased by 12pm are normally dispatched on the same working day although this is not guaranteed. Heavier items requiring a courier are normally shipped the next working day due to courier booking cut-off times.
Items lost in post
Please note that we will not regard an item as missing in the post until a period of 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (Overseas) has lapsed after the date of shipping.
Once this period has lapsed and no item has arrived we will issue a lost item claim form for completion. This form will help us investigate the whereabouts of your item and issue a refund or replacement.
Due to continuing high levels of fraud and theft, it is our policy to undertake checks to validate your claim. This may include:
1. Communication with other sellers who have transacted with you
2. Investigations with national and local postal services
3. Online security checks
4. Communication with eBay
Any patterns of continual lost items will be passed to the relevant authorities for investigation. Any evidence of theft will be subject to immediate legal action and may lead to prosecution.
We appreciate that items do go missing from time to time - most genuine occurrences are either due an incorrect address or items not collected from local post offices - in these instances the item will be returned to us by the postal services and we will contact you for further instructions.
Fraud continues to be high and we take this very seriously, no matter what the value of the item - this has resulted in successful action against a number of buyers. Please bear with us whilst we process any lost in post claim - you will not be left without your product or a refund, however it is important we help eBay remain a safe place to trade.
