We did not receive the item we ordered (12mm ground anchors) but were sent 10mm ground anchors for the same price. The dealer offered a refund if we sent the items back but did not offer to pay for the postage. This is totally unacceptable given it was a mistake and false advertising on their part (they informed us they did not even have 12mm anchors although they were clearly listed on eBay and on our order. We could have got the correct item elsewhere and wish we had.
