This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I accidently placed an order on January 12. I immediately tried to cancel but it said it was too soon to cancel. It took a further 3 emails for the company to reply saying it was too late to cancel. The parcel was not dispatched until January 15, 3 days later than the order. I am 70, have cancer and Alzheimer's and do not appreciate being treated like this.
