Item arrived broken and the contents leaked all over the box and through it. Contacted seller with a photo. They replied asking for a photo which I already sent them. They did this a further 2 times after I sent a photo another 2 times! Seemed like a delay tactic. Couldn’t send a slimey box back to them. In the end EBay got involved and fully refunded me. As a buyer I shouldn’t have been put through any of this! Terrible. I don’t recommend this seller.

Great seller but irritating courier; knocked on the door & by the time I'd got off the sofa & got to the door, they'd dumped the package on the doormat & were driving off. Then I received 2 rambling automated telephone messages telling me that I'd recieved the item, as if I didn't know!! I couldn't find a way to stop the messages, even trying removing the batteries from the handset, but they went on until the end.

Fantastic service from supplier. However the delivery firm is a complete disgrace leaving a parcel in view by my front door is ridiculous had it have been stolen they would’ve said we’ve delivered it and I would’ve said but it’s not here delivery is putting something into the hands of the person you are delivering it to the supplier did an amazing job delivery firm atrocious and I will be saying to the seller you need to contact them and inform them Notley parcels is site

product arrived in a mess of broken glass & jam the seller ignored any request to address this - ebay issued refund but I could not return because " 2 x purchases had been posted in ONE parcel - so all in all I lost £19.99p - the positive outcome for me is it broke my pathetic addiction to sugar - So allthough the seller is totally dispicable & not to be trusted I have made this into a fantastic outcome for me - SO THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A BAD SELLER :-) It was worth every penny
