The clock looked nice - as described. Prompt delivery. It's not a silent clock - it has a loud tick - an issue for me. Shame seller didn't list as 'not silent clock'. I promptly returned in perfect condition in the same packaging. Seller was difficult dealing with return. He refused to refund. Putting a battery in means "using" the clock. No buyer could then find out if the clock worked nor return a broken clock! I ignored and returned - eBay refunded. Negative experience relates to seller.

The item is exactly as described, it’s just a pity you use Snail Mail, who aren’t as efficient as your company - this item has been sat in the Leeds Mail Centre since last Wednesday - it is now Monday - & in between times I’ve had no less than 5 tracking updates all telling me they had received it, until they finally got round to delivering it earlier today - I call that pretty appalling service from Royal Mail.
