Sadly, item arrived with additional damage. This was due to the Microwave being sent in the original packaging (which had broken polystyrene), rather than repacked with new packing as a refurbished model. So the items where loose inside moving about during shipping. However; I was offered either a full refund, replace for same price or a small discount. I took the discount as it’s hard to find a 42l microwave. So resolved, I’m happy but was a bother.
