  • Am I able to collect?
  • Yes! Collection is available from our premises at: Kemberton Road, Halesfield 16, Telford, TF7 4QS - Please let us know when you will be collecting so we can have your appliance/s ready.
  • Do you only deliver to mainland UK?
  • Yes, at present we do NOT deliver to Northern Ireland or certain postcodes in Scotland please ask if you're unsure.
  • Will you remove my old appliance?
  • We can remove your old / faulty appliance - please request this when sending us your phone details
  • What happens if I change my mind?
  • All Goods must be paid for within 3 working days after auction has ended. Failing to do so will result in an unpaid item case being opened. Please be sure you want the item before bidding.
  • Can you deliver to a different address?
  • All Goods paid for by PayPal are delivered to CONFIRMED PayPal address ONLY
  • Please ensure you have a confirmed PayPal address if you intend paying by this method. If you want your item delivered to a different address please contact us prior to payment, we will talk you through how to change your PayPal address.
  • Will lots of stairs be a problem?
  • All deliveries are made by a two man team, they will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. This is subject to the size of the product (getting past obstructions / through doorways) and also in weight. If the team can not safely move the appliance to the desired room then they will deliver it to the nearest point.
  • The delivery team are not able to deliver appliances that they deem too heavy up or down steps
  • The delivery crew will make every effort to protect your appliance and home from damage. It is your responsibility to move any ornaments etc. Also if you are concerned about any damage to your floor it is your responsibility to put down a protective layer.
  • The delivery crew will only deliver. They will not remove doors, door frames or even windows. It is your responsibility to make sure there is a safe access passage for the appliance to be delivered.
  • Can you give me an exact time when my appliance will be delivered?
  • Unfortunately we are unable to specify a time of day for delivery - you will be given a 4-5 hour slot, however our delivery team will text or call you before they arrive.
  • How long till I receive my appliance?
  • Deliveries: All deliveries usually take between 3-7 working days after payment is received. (Subject to being provided with a phone number) Please forward all available contact telephone numbers with payment, this will allow deliveries to be arranged in the minimum amount of time
  • Do you accept other methods of payment?
  • Currently we accept payment via PayPal - If you are collecting you are welcome to pay by card or cash on collection
