What we do.

We take top brand 100 day returns, which are fully tested by our engineers to make sure they're in perfect working order and sell them on to you at a really reasonable price.

Sold with either 12 month AO outlet warranty or a manufacturer warranty. All our appliances come complete with full manufacturers guarantee (Excluding Beko products which come with our own 12 month guarantee)

When will it be delivered?

We use the best delivery company in the business, Expert Logistics, who are known for their excellent customer service. We can arrange to deliver at a time that suits you - we deliver 7 days a week.

Will you take away my old appliance?

We'll take away your old appliance for FREE and dispose of it responsibly. If you'd like to take advantage of this, please leave a note in the ‘message sellers’ area once you've bought, to let us know.

What is Weee?

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive was introduced into UK law in January 2007 by the Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment Regulations 2006.

The directive aims to reduce the amount of waste electrical and electronic equipment being produced by encouraging everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it. As well as this it aims to improve the environmental performance of businesses that manufacture, supply, use, recycle and recover electrical and electronic equipment.

We were kept informed regularly regarding delivery and on the morning of the delivery, were told that it would be between 7.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. Shortly after, the delivery driver rang to say it would be within the hour. Prompt courteous delivery staff.

  • Am I able to collect as I live close by?
  • Yes! Collection is available from our premises at: Halesfield 15, Telford, TF7 4LE - Please let us know when you will be collecting so we can have your appliance/s ready
  • Do you only deliver to mainland UK?
  • Yes, at present we do NOT deliver to Northern Ireland or certain postcodes in Scotland please ask if you're unsure
  • Will you remove my broken / faulty appliance?
  • We can remove your old appliance - please request this when sending us your contact details
  • What happens if I change my mind?
  • All Goods must be paid for within 3 working days after auction has ended. Failing to do so will result in an unpaid item case being opened. Please be sure you want the item before bidding
  • Can you deliver to a different address?
  • All Goods paid for by PayPal are delivered to CONFIRMED PayPal address ONLY
  • Please ensure you have a confirmed PayPal address if you intend paying by this method. If you want your item delivered to a different address please contact us prior to payment, we will talk you through how to change your PayPal address
  • Will lots of stairs be a problem?
  • We have a 2 man delivery team top floor stairs should not be a problem
  • Can you give me an exact time when my appliance will be delivered?
  • Unfortunately we are unable to specify a time of day for delivery - you will be given a 4-5 hour slot, however our delivery team will text or call you before they arrive
  • How long till I receive my appliance?
  • Deliveries: All deliveries usually take between 3-7 working days after confirmed payment is received. Please forward all available contact telephone numbers with payment, this will allow deliveries to be arranged in the minimum amount of time and without fuss
  • Do you accept other methods of payment?
  • Currently we accept payment via PayPal however if you are collecting you are welcome to pay by card or cash on collection
