Terms of sales
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from the date of purchase/within 7 days of parcel arrival.
Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Items sent back without a RMA # will not be processed.
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please note that if the item is made-to-measure you may only be able to cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the garment hasn't been altered yet.
If you receive an item and wish to return it you must inform the seller AS SOON AS POSSIBLE -within 7days
THE BUYER PAYS POSTAGE ON ANY RETURNS.
- within 7 days of receiving the item or within 7 days of making the purchase (whichever is longer)
- within 28 days if the item becomes faulty

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the seller will refund the postage. Please note that the seller may refuse a refund if the garment as been made according to your precise measurements ie) made-to-measure.
