When Will I Receive My Item?
Nothing is more important for us than meeting your delivery expectations. Once your payment is received we will endeavour to ship your order immediately. Your goods should arrive via Royal Mail or Interlink Courier, 1 to 5 working days later, unless otherwise stated.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Interlink for UK deliveries.
We have a 98% success rate in dispatching orders same day if payment is received before 11pm. Each listing will specify which type of delivery option is available.
1st Class Royal Mail - takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
2nd Class Royal Mail - takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Special Next Day delivery - delivered next working day before 1pm after dispatch
Interlink 24 Hour - takes 1 working day after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30,

Please bear in mind Interlink deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly , Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge, so; again please contact us first for a quote before purchasing.

International Deliveries - this will vary from country to country. For deliveries outside the EU, buyers are responsible for all import duties and other taxes, where applicable.
Can I Collect?
Sorry, due to our liability insurance, we are unable to allow any collections.
Under our eBay Refund Policy, you have 7 days to cancel an order and return a product to us, providing it is unused and in the original packaging as new as received for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

We offer great value prices on superb quality products. We know sometimes things can go wrong. We aim to put it right as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please do not leave negative feedback, contact us first to resolve the problem. Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product to us and send replacement goods within 1 working day.
If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to Mr Nuts for checking and verification of the fault.
